We do three things only: find the right professional — the attorney, accountant or conveyancer your matter actually needs; walk you through the entire process — every step explained, every deadline watched; and bridge the misunderstandings — of language, terminology and expectation — between you and your professionals. The client remains master of the matter. Professional judgment belongs always to the licensed. Finding, accompanying and translating belong to us.
Any service that cannot be classified as finding, accompanying or bridging is not offered. This Charter is the supreme test in our product design, staff training and copy review.
A practising attorney, retained year-round, vets every template, script and advertisement. Every Matter Assessment Memorandum carries the same words: this is not legal advice.
Legal fees and settlement monies move exclusively through attorneys' trust accounts (LPA s 86). We invoice our own services — nothing else.
A POPIA Information Officer is appointed; cross-border transfers rest on consent and contractual safeguards; client files are tiered and access-logged.
Enrolled with the LPC and in good standing; a demonstrable niche track record over three years; transparent rates; acceptance of our service standards — 48-hour quotes, weekly progress reports, itemised billing — and an annual scorecard on quality, turnaround, fee discipline and client rating. Bottom performers rotate out.
